Iván Higueras

Chief Executive Officer

He began his professional career in 1995 as a Project Analyst. He worked at NECSO as Construction Manager until 2001 when he joined Unión Fenosa until 2005, when he became Management Director at Ingenia.

In 2008 he joined the Board of Directors of Gransolar as Managing Director and in 2022 he became CEO of the Group.

Director of the Board

Over 40 years of experience in the international construction industry. Former Project Director of several large infrastructure contracts in Venezuela, Egypt, Hong Kong, Puerto Rico, Portugal and Poland. He was President of the Mostostal Warsava Group in Poland. He held the position of General Director of the international construction activities of a major listed construction company. In 2005 he became CEO of Gransolar Group, whose Board of Directors he will lead from 2022.

With almost 40 years of international experience he has led major infrastructure projects around the world. He was International Managing Director of a major Spanish listed construction company before becoming Managing Director of Concessions worldwide.

Over the last 15 years he has helped Grupo Gransolar successfully grow to become one of the leading faces of solar PV.
