Gransolar has registered, for the first time, a short-term fixed-income securities programme for a maximum amount of 30 million euros, approved by the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME).
The group, which is specialised in photovoltaic energy, will use this promissory note programme as an alternative to bank financing, with maturities ranging from 3 days to 24 months.
