Gransolar Group announces the incorporation of a new business line as part of its strategy to maintain its focus on photovoltaic energy without losing sight of other areas with business opportunities within the energy sector. Green Grid Connect (GGC), which has been operating mainly in Australia for some months now, specialises in high voltage, electrical substations and battery storage (BESS).
GGC has signed strategic agreements to develop its activity for relevant companies in projects such as Limestone Coast North Energy Park, a 250 MW / 500 MWh battery storage system for Pacific Green, and is in the process of closing deals with major industry players, to be announced in the near future. It has also successfully participated in some of the most recent projects of the company’s EPC contractor (GRS), Walla Walla Solar Farm, Carwarp Solar Farm and Fulham Solar Farm.
GGC is made up of a qualified group of professionals with extensive experience in the high voltage and power line sector. Until now, its activity has been closely linked to photovoltaic energy and battery storage in Australia, with the prospect of expanding its business to other markets of interest in the near future.
